The Sunshine Coast Institute of Football is a non-profit football organisation.
The main aim behind SCIF is to provide a European style, football development program for the region’s athletes, to help them to reach their highest possible level in sport.
SCIF guarantees a twelve month roster of football for the players, encouraging an
introduction of the ‘Switch on in Off-Season’ training system, which is an all-round player development program from September to April.
SCIF will provide football education for every age group, including squirts and our coaches will hold skill and holiday clinics as well. Beyond that there will be formerly unavailable services such as goal keeper clinics and coaching education programs.
The program acts upon Football in Australia and UEFA’s education system.
Our technical director Gabor Ganczer holds a worldwide recognised UEFA A-license and his long term commitment, guarantees that we set up and reach our common goals.
Coaches and training sessions are supervised by the Technical Director and the players are always in focus. Our keynote is simple: quality and attention, which is an obvious result of our ‘one coach for maximum ten players’ rule.
Every dollar which is over our costs will be used to develop our facilities, training tools and to offer scholarship for our gifted and motivated players. A long story short: never forget which player is better amongst the two similar?
The Q.U.I.C.K one.
This is our philosophy:
Quality
Uefa system
Ideal focus
Commitment
Keys for success
