Football is a team sport, but usually an individual can make the difference. Our One on One training program includes three different area: technical training, football conditioning + speed development and free kick master class.
Technical training
Our coaches has designed our technical trainings to maximize the quantity of touches which helps to develop the player’s ball control, passing and other learnt motor skills. We will correct your mistakes and develop your awareness and decision making while playing the ball.
Football conditioning + speed training
Football conditioning and speed training option is useful in the pre-season or after an injury recovery to gain back or improve your fitness. This program is designed by our athletic coach who has experience in football and as well as in personal training.
Free kick master class
The free kick master class is certainly the player’s dream: a coach, a goalkeeper, a ballboy and minimum 30 quality balls are waiting for you. Free kick is all about practice and you have the opportunity to shoot minimum 300 times at a training session.
Block of 6 sessions
You can book One on One training in block of 6 sessions. You can chose between the three options or you combine technical, conditioning and free kick master class within the 6 session.
